Focusing on the relationsip between the pre-existing, the combined and the altered, the works in this show ask questions of individuality, identity, history, power and ethos. Hopefully, through both thoughtful juxtapositions and discrete arrangements, the works and the exhibition, as a whole, provide insight into different ways of engaging personal and collective histories.
