Exhibition View
Featuring works by Julian Opie, George Segal and John Wesley
POPOLO looks at the intersection of assumption, people and the “Pop” movement. All three artists in the exhibition are tangentially related to “Pop”, whether through imagery (John Wesley), association (George Segal) or aesthetic influence (Julian Opie), yet none of them can defined just by it. Repetition, removal and the importance of human interaction are key traits in all three artists works and hopefully through their juxtaposition, further artistic conversations may occur.
